Dr. Latib is the Founder of CX University. He is the chief architect of a contemporary Customer Experience Program that has been accredited by CXPA as a Recognized Training Provider (RTP). With his decades of experience leading and consulting in corporate leadership and innovation, he's spearheading the wave of CX Talent Development.

He recognizes that people want to learn but want to do so at any time and from anywhere. Therefore, he developed a completely virtual program with online, eLearning, and live-action learning options. Having been a leader in both the corporate and academic worlds, he cohesively fuses practical knowledge with solid pedagogy that provides relevant and immediately applicable insights.

He has been designing ‘voice of the customer feedback systems,' customer journey mapping, and customer and employee-centric transformation management for over twenty years. He has worked with such brands as Kohl’s Department Stores, TransUnion Credit, Project Management Institute, The World Bank, Unisys, Pennsylvania Power and Light, Singapore Post, Malaysia Telekom, and Reliant Energy, to name a few.

Dr. Latib's expertise in Talent Development spans a 30-year long journey of shaping corporate leaders and team members from small organizations to Forbes companies across the globe. He's worked extensively with Executive Management, HR departments, Engineers, and Customer Experience Practitioners, among many others.

Dr. Latib has led classrooms and college departments as a Professor, Dean, and Vice President at renowned universities across the United States. He has served as a Board Member for numerous academic, professional and non-profit organizations. He was President of the International Management Development Association and the Pennsylvania Council for International Education. He is an advocate for higher education and continuous learning. More importantly, he understands the root of learning and shares this expertise with others.
