Experienced market research and customer experience (CX) professional with nearly 25 years' experience in the primary market research industry, primarily doing business-to-business research, as well as nearly ten years in CX roles.

Recent engagements include designing, managing and continuously improving global and domestic CX measurement programs. Formerly conducted, managed and bought research at a global company, working across cultural and departmental boundaries to help colleagues bring the customer's voice into their business decisions.

I enjoy people, asking questions and drawing out insights, and ensuring I've truly met my client's need. I love qualitative primary research and am proficient at in-depth interviewing, and my passion is helping companies understand the holistic experience their customers are having.
