Bio

A veteran of IT, web design and support, publishing, ebusiness incubating, banking, and web product development, I've led many lives before coming to the health insurance industry in 2010. My current role at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island (BCBSRI), as the Manager of Customer Experience, has me working across the company to implement a customer experience strategy that moves the customer to the top of mind throughout the organization.

I'm terribly passionate about healthcare, great customer experiences, and chocolate (not always in that order). When I'm not at work, I'm hanging out with friends or family, or I'm impatiently waiting for the next Marvel Universe movie to make it to the theater.
