I write compelling content at every moment-of-truth in the customer experience.

With experience in marketing communications, corporate communications and sales operations, I tell stories through the voice of the customer to increases sales and drive behavior change. In my most recent role, I wrote and managed complex proposals contributing to sales and account renewals representing millions in revenue. In addition, I launched new tools to grow sales and increase retention, and created 200+ consumer success stories and client case studies. I also served as editor and primary writer for the company newsletter.

In addition to being a self-starter, I am group-convener, seeking opportunities to bring people together to network and share lessons learned. For instance, in my most recent role, I started employee walking and book clubs, as well as the Downtown Business Communicators Meetup, which brings together communications professionals to share best practices. I also worked with RedBrick’s clinical team to develop lunch-hour educational meetings on well-being topics. Several participants and their spouses made lifestyle changes resulting in weight loss and meeting their personal well-being goals.
Prior to joining RedBrick Health, I owned my own freelance writing business. My clients included Caterpillar, Boston Scientific, Lifetouch and Medtronic. I also held a variety of corporate communications positions.
