Bio

I've been in the customer insights field for over 30 years, starting back in the late 1980s when "customer satisfaction measurement" was just emerging as a research specialty out of the total quality management movement. I'm now a senior consultant in the space, designing and leading CX measurement projects and programs for large US companies. My experience spans a wide range of industries, with a special concentration in B2B.
