Bio

I put the customer experience at the front of every interaction of our front-line staff. I take feedback from our customers and apply it to our evaluation of what makes for a quality contact. The teams I primarily work with are the Professional Services team (focusing on training, consulting, and implementation) and Customer Onboarding (focusing on working with our first year UltraTax  CS customers). I also support our Contact Center staff with coaching and professional development training.
