Anticipating customers’ challenges and driving solutions has been a key theme in my career. From managing Intel’s CPU Planning organization to driving key programs focused on delivering value as a leader within Intel’s Sales Operations group the most fulfilling aspect has always been delivering value to our diverse customer base. I’m currently working in Intel’s Sales and Marketing group leading our Customer Insights team. We identify leading indicators around our customers’ needs considering feedback from across the corporation. Our vision is to deploy best in class customer listening techniques and innovative methods of driving learnings into Intel to produce Customer Oriented Results. Outside of Intel I focus on my family and enjoy photography.
