After 18 years working with focus on sales, marketing and business development and customer experience for both MNCs and local companies, I find myself very passionate about customer experience and decide to spend most of my time now to equip with knowledge of CX and help companies in Vietnam, where CXM is still new, to have great CX strategy for competitive advantages. I am really happy to be the first CCXP in Vietnam.
Before founding Cempartner, I have hold several key roles for the last 18 years such as Country Director for Singapore Telecommunications Ltd, Leader of Strategy Group of Viettel Telecom, Regional Relation manager for iBasis KPN, etc.
