Marissa earned her Master of Public Administration degree from Drake University and her BA in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa. She is the published co-author of “An Examination of Generational Stereotypes as a Path Towards Reverse-Agesim.” Throughout her career, she has focused on Executive Leadership Development. As a change-maker, she has improved social entrepreneurial programs by building and developing staff through empathetic practices and coaching.
