I am a little unique as I am a Consultant and Practitioner - I have had 3 different retail & hospitality businesses over the last 20 years. My current business United Carpets & Flooring have been trading for 15 years and despite the Retail Crisis, we are repeatedly growing.
Whats the secret? Well, we rarely lose a customer, we get so many returning customers and recommendations that our marketing budget is extremely effective.
