Bio

I happened across the Customer Experience field while working at AT&T.  I loved it so much I have decided to make a career out of it.  I recently became a CCXP and am always looking to improve and enhance my skillset.

I'm currently developing a VOC/CX department at a Japanese based manufacturing company. I've been building it from scratch so it has been an amazing experience to grow the program from the ground up.
My goal for the program is to ensure we have strategic decision making based on customer-centric data. I'm also helping build a customer-focused culture. Other responsibilities include managing the Marketing Data and Research Analytics team.

On a personal note, I am an avid reader who loves karaoke, dancing, traveling, and boxing (not necessarily in that order :-))
