A seasoned Customer Experience (CX) professional with over 20 years of experience designing and managing customer feedback programs. Rania has a background in CX feedback measurement and management within client-side luxury industries including automotive and watches and jewelry. Rania has 13 years working in family businesses, where her role was always to build the CX function and assist in shifting the mindset within the company to a more customer focused one by first breaking silos and ensuring customer experience impacting decisions are collectively taken with the voice of the customer being strongly present. 

In 2018 Rania earned her CCXP certificate, and currently holds the title Senior CX Director, at Seddiqi Holding. Her team includes customer insights team, VOC and she also oversees the customer service function. Rania is from Lebanon and lives in the UAE since 2004. She holds a Computer and Communications bachelor’s degree from the American University of Beirut and a master’s degree in marketing from ESCP.

Rania is deeply passionate about helping others better explore their personality types, to increase tolerance in any human interaction and better embrace diversity.
