BA in Social Communication and Public Relations, is the Head of Quality Management & Customer Experience of Aeroportos Brasil Viracopos, the concessionaire that develops and operates Viracopos International Airport, the third busiest airport in Brazil. She is a member of the Operational Performance Technical Committee of the Brazilian National Commission of Airport Authorities, which helps the Federal Government evaluate the performance of the Brazilian airports and develops new policies for customer service and passenger satisfaction.
