Bio

After about 10 years with my own consulting company helping Main Street businesses grow in a digital world, I was hired by one of my clients, Mortgage Cadence, an Accenture company. I was VP Marketing for 3 years and we're opening up a new team that is focused entirely on CX. I'm very excited to get back to my roots of customer loyalty and to bring these insights to a larger organization.

I am the author of The Customer Manifesto, How business has failed customers and what it takes to earn their loyalty.  Remarkable, it was picked up by Business.com and ranked #3 on their list of customer service books every business owner should read, so that was a major thrill.
