Bio

I’m one of the world’s leading Trainers in Customer Experience & Contact Centers. So far across 40 countries and dozens of industries.

And this year I celebrate the 20 year anniversary of my company, OmniTouch.

I’m a Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) Recognized Training Provider and help people develop mastery in CX and earn their CCXP Certification credential.

And I’m proud to be an industry leader in Contact Centers & Customer Service with 30 years of management, consulting and especially training in Centers around the world.

Our workshop curriculum is one of the most robust in the industry.

We deliver more than 25 industry-leading courses including CX Management, Contact Center Management, Quality Assurance, Customer Service & Service Quality across channels, Employee Experience, Coaching, People Management, Leadership and more across the breadth of the Customer ecosystem.

And our Research Division has conducted 20 years of Mystery Shopper & VOC research. We don’t just talk about VOC in our workshops. Clients engage us to uncover insights and drive improvement.

On the academic side I'm a Lecturer at Hochshule Fresenius Germany where I develop and deliver CX courseware for MBA students.

This follows years of guest teaching at the Singapore Civil Service College and the Executive Education branch of Universiti Utara Malaysia.

And I take writing seriously - with hundreds of blog posts and regular contributions to industry publications.

But my most important credential is the thousands of positive testimonials earned from Clients & Participants. The core reason for our 20 years of success.

In addition to OmniTouch, I also opened an art gallery in Singapore which we ran for seven years - a passion I decided to make real and one that expanded my worldview.
