I love digging into client problems and finding solutions with them. There is nothing more professionally satisfying than hearing a client say, “Thank you.”

Starting with my first professional job as a Customer Support Trainee, with the Atlanta Braves, I thoroughly enjoyed looking for ways to provide the best in-game experience to all the fans I encountered. Whether it was a simple “Thank you”, smile, or a firm handshake, it let me know that I had left that person with a positive experience, not just with me, but with my company and its brand.

Over the last 20 years, I have been fortunate throughout my career to work in different areas of client service, account management, and business development. My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself:

  • I can align, lead, and grow top-tier account management teams.
  • I can successfully scale and optimize business and client portfolios within the tech sector.
  • I search for ways to educate, refine, and professionally grow.

I have found that I am most successful when I put the customer and client at the center of all that I do. I firmly believe that a solution to any problem you, your team, or the client face, exist and that through collaboration, with your team and the client, you will uncover it.
