Hello, I'm Lydia! It's nice to virtually meet you. I have a passion for serving clients and creating delightful customer experiences, bringing over ten years of consulting experience across an array of industries. At Jabian, I am a Director and CX offering lead. I help my clients strategically assess, plan and implement B2E CX programs and products. I hold a BBA from the William and Mary Mason School of Business in Process Management and Consulting. With TAG, I served as vice-chair and chair of the CRM & CX society board. Now I'm an active member of the CXPA Atlanta committee.
