Bio

Consultant with extensive experience in CX, CRM, organisational and behavioral change management, and performance improvement.

I've worked in CX in the US and Europe. My experience is cross-sector, having worked with companies in the telco (AT&T, BT, KPN), finance (ABN Amro, Rabobank), airline (Air France KLM, Cygnific), transport (FedEx, KLM Cargo), IT (IBM), consumer products (Philips) and pharmaceutical industries (Medco, Mediq).

EarlyBridge is a boutique consultancy and training bureau focused on helping companies become more customer-centric. EarlyBridge helps organizations put the customer at the center of their business. We build bridges between an organization and its customers to drive results.

We combine strategic long-term consultancy with practical and results-oriented change management to help our clients look through the eyes of their customer. We believe that this is the basis for creating a profitable and differentiated business, with customers who act as ambassadors for the brand.

I am fluent in English and Dutch, sometimes speaking both at the same time :-).
