Bio

I am very proud to be a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) and member of the CXPA.

I work as an independent CX consultant, and believe every client‘s business and customer relationships are unique.  I am always on the hunt for new ideas and approaches to help each client develop their capability.

I have had many great clients who are very committed to embedding CX as a business strategy.  Others have believed they are committed but have turned and run when faced with the prospect of driving the deep changes requires to do so.  CX is not an easy profession, but I have learned not to take the challenges personally - in fact they make my own commitment to CX stronger.

Before I caught the CX-bug my career path included internal communications, journalism, and knowledge management.  It was during my time working in a commercial team in financial services that I first spotted the link between customer experience management and business results – and never looked back. 

Outside of work I am mum to a 17-year-old and we love to travel together as often as we can.  I love running, and just about tolerate all the things that need to happen to enable me to run (like pilates, osteopaths and the gym!).
