Bio

Linette Myland is a Program Manager within the Customer Success group at Siemens Industry. She is responsible for the programs within the group including Voice of the Customer and Customer Advocate for North America. Linette has been with Siemens for 42 years, spending the last 36 years building her knowledge and passion for giving customers and employees a voice and ensuring they are heard throughout the organization. She has led teams and been involved with the design and development of the tools, programs and processes in the Customer Success group. She is a Certified Customer Experience Professional, Certified Net Promoter® Associate, and holds her certification in Customer Experience Management, Change Management, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
