Bio

Michele brings exceptional insight to all levels of the sales process, with particular strength’s in building rapport and in successful client relationship building. Her dedication to her clients has resulted in ongoing relationships with clients for over 15 years. Michele also brings a unique perspective to assisting client’s in developing new measurement programs where they don’t exist and assisting clients in their strategic use of the information gathered from the customer experience measurement programs, whether it be with an operations or research level approach. Michele has created and assisted in the creation of all types of measurement/research programs including but not limited to, mystery shopping, audits, intercept interviews, social media scans and specialty field service programs to fit the client’s business needs
