Bio

I have the experience and passion to lead projects and drive change in all areas of Customer Experience, with specialties in Voice of Customer and Culture/Communication. Proficient with the diverse roles of a Customer Experience leader, I excel at using data, customer’s voice, a sense of design, words, and the ability to simplify complex data to tell stories that communicate effectively and engage employees and leaders. I have been working on implementing Medallia into my organization, and work in both traditional and Scrum/Agile work environments.

My dedication to and knowledge of the Customer Experience field is proven through my designation as a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) - the 34th person in the United States to receive this designation, and the third in Minnesota - as well as NPS2 certification and Medallia OCEM Level 1..​
