As a creative mind stuck in the body of a person who has tried but will never be able to draw, paint, or sculpt with traditional materials, I craft through innovation. As an early adopter of technology, I appreciate living in the moment while managing for the promise of the future. I have found fulfillment harnessing my inherent curiosity to build programs for tomorrow by driving mindful design into every facet of operations.
I provide staff with the knowledge, power, and other resources necessary to be customer champions. Accordingly, I am part product manager, marketer, coach, analyst, designer, business process manager, CRM specialist, duct tape engineer, and overall brand evangelist. Silos? Customers don’t care and neither do I. I get to geek out with every department to build a sustainable, customer-enabled ecosystem that generates value and delivers stellar products, services, and care.
As brand strategist and portfolio manager, I have led the conceptualization, development and launch cycles for new products in a non-technical environment. I am fortunate to use my personal zeal for creating smile-worthy moments professionally. When I worked in the trenches of retail this meant respecting guest time, offering a smile, and friendly banter. At present, I create moments of impact through live events and digital experiences to tell my community’s story however I can. Traditional marketing, digital advertising, social media, marketing automation, you name it and I have tried it as long as it can be measured and makes sense for my company and our fans.
