ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS (click)

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree plus three years of direct, full-time CX experience, or five years of direct, full-time CX experience if you do not have a bachelor’s degree. Both members and non-members are eligible.

The content of the exam covers six competencies that the CXPA has identified as required knowledge for CCXP candidates:

  • Voice of the Customer, Customer Insight, and Understanding
  • Organizational Adoption and Accountability
  • Customer Experience Strategy
  • Experience Design, Improvement, and Innovation
  • Metrics, Measurement, and ROI
