Join us for thought provoking yet practical way to impact your organization by learning ways to create great experiences and engage employees. We will discuss how to create and design their experiences, give them opportunities for them to learn and grow, and drive change in your organization. Create more ways to help transform their organization's vision, approach and culture to meet the needs and expectations of today’s (and tomorrow's) employees. The workshop will:

  • Be an opportunity to Learn-by-Doing with a hands-on employee experience journey mapping exercise 
  • Discuss how to craft a strategy to support the employee experience
  • Learn the core concepts and practices needed to partner with your HR team
  • Share some simple and creative ways to engage and enable employees
  • Identify the linkages between employee and customer experience and its quantify the impact and benefits
  • Learn how to define and communicate the value of employee experience in terms of hard and soft benefits for C-Suite approval

There will be transportation provided from the Arizona Biltmore to Arizona State University for this event.
