2018 Insight Exchange Cancellation and Refund Policy:
All refunds are subject to CXPA approval, as well as administrative and transaction fees.
- Cancellations received 21 days or more prior to Insight Exchange start date will be refunded 100% of the registration fee less an administrative fee.
- Cancellations received between 8 - 20 days prior to Insight Exchange start date will be refunded 50% of the registration fee less an administrative fee.
- Cancellations made 7 or less days prior to start of Insight Exchange start date will not be refunded.
