Wear your Seahawks gear and join us in Seattle on Tues, Oct 2nd as we celebrate CX Day— a global day recognizing and building up the people behind great customer experiences.

Come hear from David Young in a Q&A format about how the Seahawks invest in getting their customers (fans) involved in providing insights and feedback on the Seahawks fan experience. The Seahawks have a President’s Fan Advisory Council that meets on a regular basis to focus on a variety of fan-related issues including: in-stadium fan experience, game presentation and in-stadium technology. Learn how they engage with their fans and ultimately make improvements to the overall experience. And then be part of a table discussion afterwards on how you and other local CX professionals capture and leverage customer insights.

Guest Speaker: David Young, Sr. VP of Operations & GM of CenturyLink Field for the Seahawks.

If we receive more than 40 registrations, those will be placed on a waiting list. As always, these events are free of charge to both CXPA members and non-members.
