With just a little over a year before we ring in the next decade, it's time to buckle down and think about how we can help businesses and the thriving local CX professional community prepare for a customer-led world. As a CX professional, how are you planning and preparing? What's working and what's not?

Please join the CXPA local network as we revisit progress on outcomes from the CX Day co-creation activity, discuss how businesses are (or are not) winning the race to keep up with consumers, and we plan for the CXPA Cape Town network in 2019. As a community, we'll decide on a central theme for 2019 and define our goals for the next year's CXPA Cape Town events.
