The CXPA Washington, D.C. Network's annual Summer Social is just around the corner. We gather each August (before Congress returns to town and the kids are still out of school) to catch up with colleagues, enjoy our favorite beverages of choice, and plot-and-scheme for CX Day and our Fall and Winter events. It has quickly become one of our Network's most popular events of the year. What could make it better?

This year, we'll kick off our Summer Social with traditional social networking hour. And then we'll enjoy an active discussion with CXPA's own CEO on Digital Customer Experience. According to Diane, differentiating on customer experience is, or should be, the most key imperative for every organization. The partnership between customer experience and every aspect of technology is a core capability that dramatically impacts how customers engage with a brand and how it drives business results. In this session, we will:
• Explore how the CXO and CIO partnership is critical to transform company focus and outcomes
• Define how each component of technology enables and impacts CX
• Discover how end to end customer experience is a litmus test for technology and strategic customer decisions
• Share approaches and examples of how organizations can start to define their partnership and create the power of collaborating around the customer
