Evolving customer expectations and heightened pressure to validate CX value in the business world is redefining the traditional role of the CX practitioners.

So, join us for the inaugural CXPA Singapore Network over Friday high tea on 17th August. The CXPA network is a non-profit, non-solicitation network of peers to exchange ideas and learnings and build the CX profession globally. The event will be hosted by the founder committee of CXPA in Singapore
