To kick off the 2019 year, the Cleveland CXPA group is excited to announce the first event in our 2019 Core CX Competencies Series, Customer Experience Strategy - How Brands Differentiate.

Join us as we visit 3 different brands within the Darden Restaurants parent company to observe their Customer Experience Strategies. We will seek to answer the following questions at each location:
"Why should we as customers care about engaging with said brand?"
"What is the brand's value proposition & aspiration to transform?"
"How does the brand weave an exceptional customer experience into it's mission statement & DNA?"

Along with the questions above, we will be grading our individual experiences at each location using a brief survey.

As we gather at our final location, we will look to discuss what we've seen throughout the evening.
"How did each brand compare to one another?"
"Was there one brand that far exceeded the others?" "If so, why"
"What did visiting each location teach us about different brands within a parent company?"
"What is the mission & customer experience strategy of your organizations?"
