Description
Timed to coincide with the worldwide CX Day, this inaugural event will feature nearly a dozen speakers reporting out on the state of customer experience in their organizations. Speakers from Sandy Spring Bank, Laureate Education, MedStar Health, Legacy Exhibits, Marriott International, Miles & Stockbridge, T. Rowe Price, Maryland state government and other CX leaders will present. In addition, the state of Maryland will present its 2018 report on citizen experience.
This event will be held at the new T. Rowe Price Innovation Center (listed as the Lab on Google Maps).
Attendees will include private and public sector officials from across the Chesapeake region.
