Janet Bailey has walked in the shoes of all three roles in her long career in the customer service industry. In her presentation, Janet will be discussing how a customer's experience, whether with a large global company, a company where customers may contact them once a year, or customers of small rural companies are moments of connection and opportunities to foster long term relationships in a contact center setting.

Janet is currently the Chief Customer officer at Consolidated Business Services (CBS) and Vice President of Member Services at DirectLink and BCT. Prior to her current position, she was Vice President of Sales and Customer Care at Harry & David in Medford, OR, and before that, Janet was Director of Customer Service at Starbucks in Seattle, WA.
