In this the first CXPA UK Networking event of 2018 we welcome Richard Norris, Director Consumer, UK Insurance at BUPA.

The UK Private Medical Insurance market is very competitive and is facing a raft of regulatory change. Richard took over the Sales and Retention functions of the UK insurance business in 2016 and has set about transforming the way in which the business engages and keeps its customers at the same time as dealing with the changes that have been necessary to keep up with the regulations and stay competitive.

Richard will talk about how taking a customer-centric approach has helped focus on what is important and what CX means to him as a leader in a major UK brand.
