Hello San Francisco CXPA community! We're excited to announce this year’s CX Day networking event on Tuesday, October 2nd.

Join us for an evening with guest speaker, Heidi Shelton, Sr. Director of UX at SEPHORA. Heidi will share the evolution of her approach from a pure UX (User Experience) perspective to what she now calls “XDO” – Experience Design and Optimization for all touchpoints along the customer journey, including employee interactions, with the goal of creating a seamless customer experience (CX).

Heidi's UX work in helping companies build top-performing customer experiences has spanned across her current role at Sephora, as well as similar previous roles at both Nordstrom and The Honest Company. Her discussion will cover key approaches she has learned across all three of those roles.

Heidi has deep experience in designing omni-channel experiences, and creating large global UX organizations covering strategy, mobile and internal tools. Her efforts helped grow YOY digital revenue growth at Nordstrom for four consecutive years, bringing it from 8% to 20% of total revenue.
