Join local Boston area CXPA members and other CX professionals for our annual summer social networking event and learn how this Boston community-based award restaurant group is making sustainable food and customer experience the core of their business strategy. We’ll have a warm and inviting private room for the occasion along with drinks and hot and cold appetizer selections, including a gluten-free options that will satisfy both herbivores and carnivores among us.

Adam Dorey is the Director of Operations with 100 Grill and he will speak to us about their unique business model that focuses on the customer experience and emphasizes flavor and diversity around food selections prepared from the freshest ingredients within its kitchens. This will be the first local event where we’re focusing in on hospitality within the CX discipline so it should prove insightful for both B2C and B2B practitioners.
