Most CX programs rely on metrics. But which ones? While NPS and customer satisfaction are common, others use index scores, business KPIs or financials to track their success. Learn how different organizations use different metrics to track their program.

Our approach will be to have education on four different metrics:

  • Customer Satisfaction
  • NPS
  • Customer Effort Score
  • Multi-score index
We will provide a handout on benefits and ideal usage for each, addressing both relationship and transactional measures. We will then have a panel address the relevant merits of each, opening it up to questions, and asking the participants to weigh in on which metrics work best for them.
