Join us for our summer CX social and Roundtable discussion covering some of today's most relevant CX topics. Each will be discussed in a Roundtable led by a subject matter expert. We will rotate to a new topic every 15 minutes so attendees will reap the insight from all three topics, which are:

1. Building Customer Journey Maps that drive action and results
2. Connecting the CX dots with Senior Leaders
3. Implementing practices and approaches to continuously improve, design and customer experiences. 

Bring your questions and experience to share and join in an interactive, fun evening. The evening will provide an opportunity to meet and mingle and share challenges with fellow CX practitioners while enjoying some of Chicago's best pizza!  

Registration is required so if you are bringing a guest, please make sure that you register them as well.  We need to give the restaurant an exact count prior to the event.
