Our aim is to make this a recurring event that becomes an open and inclusive forum for members of the customer experience (CX) professional community to connect and share ideas. At the recent CXPA Insight Exchange, Bruce Temkin shared his perspective on the past, present and future of the CX profession. How does this track with what we see here in South Africa? As customer experience management professionals, how can we help shape the future of our profession and support each other in the process? These are topics we'd like to discuss as a group when we meet on 30 May. As this is the first meet-up, we'd also like to use this as an opportunity to gather feedback that will help us shape the format of future meet-ups, and discuss how the local CXPA can contribute to CX community development in terms of education, awareness, and opportunities to connect with others. The organizers will be sharing some of the other CXPA events and community engagement initiatives that are on the horizon for 2018. The CXPA is an organization run for members by members, so we'd love your input!This is open to other CXPA members and non-members alike. Please feel free to invite others to join. Light refreshments will be provided, and participants are welcome to order additional items from the breakfast menu for their own account.
