Description
Please join your CXPA DC network colleagues for a broad scope exploration of the approaches, concepts, and practices currently in play inside the U.S. federal government that impact the citizen experience, as told by the federal government employees who are currently working to make government more effective for citizens. Our panel discussion will include the “how” and “what” behind digital practices and candidate experience, metrics and governance in the government agency setting, employee experience, and engagement tactics, and plain language and communication fundamental to everything done in citizen and employee experience.

Moderated by Ed Bodensiek, former federal appointee, now Chief Experience Officer at Miles & Stockbridge, our panel includes:

  • Kevin Carter, Digital Service Expert with the U.S. Digital Services at the White House

  • Stephanie Thum, former federal agency CX leader, now executive strategist of CX content for CXPA's headquarters team

  • Rosetta Carrington Lue, Senior Contact Center Advisor, Office of Information & Technology (OIT) at U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs

Please come ready to “give and take” - bring your insights and ideas to share, and take home some CX inspiration, ideas, and new connections. A light breakfast will be provided - thank you to our host Miles & Stockbridge (http://www.milesstockbridge.com/offices/tysons-corner).
