With workplace stress and burnout on the rise, it is increasingly difficult for customer-facing employees to give their very best every single day. Beacon Communities, a mission-driven affordable housing provider, recently established a “mindfulness lite” team-building and idea sharing forum for team members to connect and learn how to alleviate stress at work and at home. They hope that, through their efforts, their teams will be better equipped to deliver the best experience they can to the residents they serve. Beacon Communities is now offering to share this special learning experience with the local CXPA Boston Network in a limited seating event. Charlotte Reel (a member of the Boston CXPA Network Planning Team) and her colleague Jessica Molson will facilitate the first of what promises to be a new and exciting series of special events that we're referring to as the CXPA Boston Cozy Corner Sessions. Registration will be limited to the first six that sign up. Those interested in attending after the maximum has been reached can be placed on a waiting list in the event that someone unregisters by emailing local@cxpa.org. In this 2-hour limited-seating facilitated session, The Benefits of Mindfulness to the CX Professional, you will learn:- How to build a strategic business case for a mindfulness program at your organization that leadership understands- How to create and implement a practical program that fits the needs and structure of your organization- How to influence positive mindfulness habits at your organization at various levels of CX organizational adoption- How to measure and demonstrate ROI for efforts invested in something intangible Join us on January 24th from 4 to 6 PM for an engaging session on mindfulness initiatives, their potential impact on our team members and our customers, and how to take advantage of and make them happen within your organization. To complete registration process, you must follow these steps and get a confirmation e-mail:Write in Personal information; Save Add to Cart; View/Checkout; Register Now
