We're starting a series of quarterly breakfast meet-ups, kicking off on 2 October 2018. These breakfast events provide an opportunity for the local CX community to regularly meet, network, share ideas and discuss how global CX best practices can be tailored for the local context. Our first breakfast event coincides with International CX Day, so we're amping things up! We'll be meeting at one of Cape Town's newest and most innovative venues to get a taste for how a global hospitality brand is delivering next generation CX in South Africa. Breakfast will be provided, followed by networking and an interactive discussion on the topic of how to "think global, act local" with CX. We'll be co-creating real solutions for how local CX leaders can use global CX learnings to inspire meaningful customer-centric change here on the ground in South Africa.
