CX Day 2017 - CX and Artificial Intelligence: What's Your Business Strategy?
Join us for a jargon-free discussion on how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the business world. Learn how this powerful technology impacts customer experience strategy, what you should be thinking about as you develop strategy, how to consider the governance implications of AI, and how to approach integrating your company into the AI economy.
We will have a 30-minute non-technical presentation by our speaker.
We are thrilled to be joined by esteemed AI professor and pioneer, Al Naqvi, (pictured above) President of the American Institute of Artificial Intelligence (AIAI). AIAI’s mission is to educate business and government leaders on how to create strategy and responsibly adopt AI solutions. Al’s organization, AIAI, provides strategic, business-focused education, coursework, and certifications to non-technical business professionals.
This will be followed by a 30-minute group discussion, question, and answer session.
This is a great opportunity to understand the technology in a non-technical manner, and to how to think about the technology in the context of your business strategy. Breakfast and networking begins at 8:30 AM, followed by the program 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM.
Participants are welcome to stay and network until 10:30 AM. Please arrive in enough time to pass through security.
There is no charge to attend, and you needn't be a member of CXPA to join this event.
