We received some detailed survey feedback from our network colleagues, and since we are ALL about the Voice of the Customer, plans are underway to deliver a high value extended “not your usual” local network event where every participant has the opportunity to actively participate in the dialog over an extended timeframe. Importantly, we’ll have roundtable discussions where you can share an issue you are working on and a team of colleagues and CX experts will help you crack the code on your most difficult challenges. Our morning will start with a high energy conversation around setting the stage for success – how to establish a clear and strategic CX plan with measurable mileposts to demonstrate progress. You asked for a practical/tactical discussion around culture – how do you leverage (or overcome) your organizational structure and create buy-in as your CX program takes root? Cary Cusumano (Verizon), Jeneanne Rae (Deloitte) and Stephanie Thum will share their high value insights during our panel discussion. Last, and by no means least, Nancy Porte (Verint) will engage the audience in a dialog around CX 2.0 – how to maintain the momentum and grow your program over time.
