Topic: Agile in Customer Experience

In Customer Experience things change almost every day. Programs, policies, and procedures all drive how we as Customer Experience professionals drive change within our organizations. During this discussion, we will talk about how the Agile methodology can be used to drive CX projects. We invite everyone to bring examples of how their own CX projects have changed/pivoted while in development.
We will also be spending some time to discuss CX Day and how our local group will be planning on celebrating this year!
