This interactive session will introduce you to Design Thinking methodology and give you a chance to practice your new skills to help solve local non-profit Bike.MN's unique customer problem. Learn about Design Thinking methodology from local expert Laurie Englert, VP of Customer Experience - Legrand AV Division.

Design Thinking methodology encourages innovation; by throwing out what you think you know and starting from scratch, people can apply creativity to effectively solve real-world problems better than they otherwise would. Empathize with Bike.MN's customers, then working in groups, brainstorm ideas to help Bike.MN partner with local companies and organizations to be more bike-friendly. As always, CXPA events feature happy hour snacks and drinks, and socializing with fellow customer experience leaders, sponsored by Qualtrics.
