Come join CXPA co-founder Bruce Temkin, CCXP and other customer experience professionals for a lively discussion about how we can collectively bolster humanity. During this highly interactive session, Bruce will share some of his thinking and lead a discussion around how we can improve humanity as individuals, as CX professionals, and as a collective CX community. This session will be appropriate for people with all levels of CX knowledge, from novices to experts.
