Join us this year to celebrate CXPA’s 6th Annual CX Day on Tuesday, October 2, 2018. CX Day is the perfect chance to celebrate excellent customer experience, so GE Appliances would like to invite you to our Monogram Experience, along with coffee and a continental breakfast. As always, this is an excellent way to network with your CX peers!

Directions:
From the Watterson Expressway, take Newburg Rd South, and follow it until it dead-ends, literally into the large parking lot at Appliance Park (after you cross over Rd, you will start to see factories/buildings on your right...our entire facility is surrounded by a chain-link fence).

Veer right into the parking lot. There will be ALOT of stop lights... you need to obey them. Traffic will be one-way and the chain-link fence will be on your right.

About 1/2 mile, you will see flagpoles, a flashing red light and our Visitor's Center on the right. You will need to turn LEFT (away from the Visitor's Center) and go until this comes to a T... follow the signs for “Monogram Experience”, turn RIGHT and continue to follow the parking lot traffic pattern. A guardrail fence should be immediately on your left.

At the end of this parking lot, you will see a brick building. The entrance to the Monogram Experience Center is at the left end of this building (glass foyer with stainless steel decorative roofing). Come on in!
