Join us for our first CXPA Seattle Happy Hour of 2018 to discuss CX Culture & Employee Engagement! We know there is one critical factor that is required to make your CX strategy come to life…and that is having fully engaged, customer-centric employees.

Come with your ideas and/or questions for creating a winning CX culture and developing fully engaged employees. We’ll discuss: 

  • What does it mean for employees to be “fully engaged” and how to achieve it?
  • How do we know when an employee is behaving in a “customer centric” manner and does that definition change based on the employees role and/or position within the organization?
  • What norms, values, behaviors, projects, characteristics, programs, initiatives, incentives, training and support are required to create a winning CX culture?
