Join us for our CXPA NL Networking event on Thursday, June 15th 2017 from 8:00 am – 11:00 am for an interactive morning of networking and animated table discussions around Customer Experience with the goal to learn from each other, share common challenges and grow together.

8:00 – 8:30 Arrival and networking
8:30 – 8:45 Short introduction about CXPA and Local Network
8:45 – 9:15 Interactive CX networking We’ll help you get to know each other better and connect with your peers. Bring your business cards!
9:15 – 10:00 Guest speaker Lex van den Elsen (Manager Dealer Development at Louwman & Parqui) Shares with us customer experience management best practices and challenges for the Lexus brand.
10:00 – 10:30 CX Challenge time The participants work in subgroups on an advice for the Lexus brand, based on the Forrester/CXPA 6 disciplines framework.
10:30 – 10:45 CX Pitch time The advice will be presented in a 2-3 minute pitch to a jury and there will be a winner.
10:45 – 11:00 Wrap-up & closure

All CX practitioners are welcome to join us, both CXPA members and non-members

To accommodate our unique collection of Dutch and international practitioners and the sharing of our presentations with the worldwide CXPA network, depending on the participants group the presentations will be in Dutch or English.
